Last updated: 5 November 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Profound website (https://profounddigitals.web.app) and your purchase of digital products from Profound (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell digital ebooks, delivered as downloadable files (such as PDF). No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, page counts and formats are shown on each product page.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments using UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Accounts
You need an account to purchase and access your library. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, purchased ebooks appear in the My Library section of your account for download. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.
5. Licence and intellectual property
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the ebook for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute or publicly display the content. All content remains the property of Profound or its authors.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse download limits.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Ebooks are provided for general information and learning. We do not guarantee specific results from applying their content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
