Digital Delivery Policy

Profound sells digital ebooks only. No physical products are shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses are required.

How delivery works

1. Complete payment at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Once payment is verified, your order is marked as paid.
3. The ebook appears in My Library in your account, where you can download it.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually instant after payment confirmation. In rare cases of bank or network delay it may take up to 24 hours. If your ebook has not appeared after that, please contact us with your order reference.

Downloads

Downloads require you to be signed in to the account used for purchase. Each purchase has a download limit to protect against misuse; if you hit the limit because of a device change or failed download, contact support and we will help.
